Waverley Valley Scout Group is selling Christmas trees as our major fundraiser and is going fully online this year.

After a long year of staying indoors and not doing much we all need something to look forward to, and what better than a freshly cut pine Christmas tree to bring some cheer to your home.

Trees start at $65 and increase in cost with their hight

You can collect your tree from our hall on the 4th and 5th of December or we can deliver it to you for $10 within the area below

In Person Sales

We’ll be selling trees in person from our hall (1b wills Avenue Mount Waverley) during the following times.

Saturday 4th December 2021 9am – 6pm
Sunday 5th December 2021 9am – 6pm (or until sold out)


Place your order online, make sure you leave a contact phone number, delivery address, preferred delivery time and any delivery instructions.  We will be collecting trees from the farm for delivery the weekend of 4-5 December.  Orders must be confirmed and paid for by 11:59 pm 2nd December.

Please note if you are outside our delivery area please contact us first before placing your order, as we may be able to assist on a case by case basis.

Refund policy

Waverley Valley Scout group offers goods for sale online in good faith, but acknowledge there will be circumstances where refunds may be requested. We source our products from reputable local businesses and our order form reflects the nature of these supplies, and we rely on any warranties or guarantees on product suitably as supplied to us.

We base our refund philosophy on the principles and requirements that can be found on the Consumer Affairs Victoria website

We use Paypal services for our online store, and any return of funds received will be generally through this platform and subject to their rules, processes and turnaround times.   Details of Paypal refund policy can be found here

If there are issues with receiving a refund in this manner please email and we will endeavor to  arrange alternative if possible.

Our right to reject an order.

Where we offer a product for sale within a limited area or region (e.g. for delivery purposes) we reserve the right to reject an order where it does not fall within this area or region.  We also expect that the delivery address is safe and accessible for our volunteers to make the delivery in line with generally accepted OH&S and public health principles and requirements (including any specific COVID rules).  In the event we choose to reject an order, we will arrange a refund and endeavor to contact the purchaser using information supplied through the ordering process to inform them of our decision.

In the event we accept an order, but are unable to make delivery for any reason, we will endeavor to contact the purchaser using information supplied through the ordering process to arrange an alternative.  In these circumstances we reserve the right to determine whether a refund is possible in whole or part having regard to the durability of ‘shelf life’ of products offered and costs and complexity involved with arranging an alternative.  In any circumstances we reserve the right to limit our lawful liability to the cost of supply.

Delivery conditions

We will deliver in accordance with any instructions provided.  If the purchaser is unable to accept delivery of the goods we will use our default delivery preference and make contact to inform.  We are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.
